I am disappointed with this order we received per delivery. First, we never received our expensive drinks ($3.35 &$2.90) from... the delivery driver. Second we were charged more money then was on the menu. One of the entres was suppose to be $7.00, we werecharged $10.95!! Thurd we were also charged a service fee??, no explanation for that. We also received free delivery($1.99) butwere charged $6.54 for Driver fee! Unbelievable. We will never order from there again. A meal that cost $50.00 wasnt worth it. Read more
The meal I ordered was good but I couldn't finish because the carrots had the preservative on it that I can't eat also the... broccoli on it was raw. First time here. I will be back but I'll order something different. Read more

First Things First: KAREN ALERT! KAREN ALERT! The people complaining about EVERYTHING and dropping one star ratings are the... people that render these reviews (sadly) useless. For Real: Been here 100x, live not far away, used to hit this location aftermy kid's sporting events on weekends. That's a LOT of noodles! Still go here, not quite as often. NEVER a problem. Yes, one timeone of the soda flavors was out (I did not have a panic attack). Another time, there were crumbs and fork on the floor on aSaturday afternoon (I didn't demand to speak to the manager - or, and this is the new thing - demand to "speak tocorporate." Bottom Line: If you love Noodles, do - not - pay - attention- to - the Karen's!. Food is great, and I likevariety, so had almost everything. Because their recipes are far more complex that a burger joint, yes, occasionally I'vechanged my order because an ingredient was out, and lived to tell my story. Personally, these modern "quick food" places are awonder. Noodles, Qdoba, MOD. The pace is nuts and the potential for a detail being wrong is higher, yet they're FAR moredependable than Taco Bell. That looks like a good 11.25 cent chicken parm and half bowl of buttered noodles. O wait that?s parm cheese and not the chicken... I paid for. This place always messes up. And they act like it?s your fault when you bring it back. Read more
