Kudos to the two employees literally doing it all. Taking orders (at both counter and drive thru), taking money and making the... food and this was at approximately 5:15pm. Imagine it only got worse as the night went on with only the two of them. Hopefullythey got more help later. Read more
Ordered 2 beef taco supremes and were given 2 cheese rolls that looked like nothing. Also a burrito that was not wrapped in the... paper. It was just loose in the bag. No receipt either. Took the cheese rolls back and were told we could either get the food weordered or get a refund, not both. We took the refund and then the cashier did not refund the order. He then told us "rememberthis for next time. You either get the food, or the refund, not both." My husband replied "we hope there won't be a next timeright?"
