I have ordered from Teriyaki Madness 3 to 4 times and the first 3 times was wonderful. The chicken was tender the veggies was... cooked so they were a little soft and the rice was delicious. But, the last time I ordered it was awful. The chicken was toughand chewy. The veggies were hardly cooked. The cabbage was so tough, I think they forgot to cook it at all and the rice was dryand hard in some places. I was so disappointed. I don't like to give a review like this, but sometimes you just can't help it.I am ordering again tonight. I am giving them another chance. Hope it's good. ???????? Read more

Online ordered. Got there pretty early. I did not expect my food to be ready and it wasn't. No problem. I figured they would... call my name when it was ready. After watching multiple pick up orders go on the pick up shelves, I started to wonder if myorder was over there. I thought I'd be patient and wait until my order was supposed to be ready. Finally I saw one of theworkers walk over to me with two bags of food that had been on the shelf for about five minutes. I checked the order and theywere missing the ptstickers we had ordered that were behind the counter. Actually just a few hiccups but not a bad experienceand my family liked the food. Read more
