Terrible customer service. text said ?on the way?? it took over 40 minutes from a store 4 minutes down the road. I called the... store after 35 minutes so It?s almost like they didn?t sent it out until I called to remind them. Food was cold. Don?t tiponline, wait until the food arrives. Better yet. Ordered online from the Arbutus location for dinner, and they were out of an item that I ordered and paid for, and instead of... them calling to tell me this, and ask if I'd like a replacement or refund, they just simply didn't bring it and didnt say aword. I ordered 2 carryout pizzas using the app. At 7:20, I was informed by the tracker that they were done. I arrived at the store at... 7:25 and was told they were still in the oven. So I waited....for another 20 minutes while THREE people (workers) tried tofigure out what was wrong with a different order they lost. During this 20 minutes, another 7-8 customers walked in (line outthe door) and were completely ignored by the 3 workers staring at the computer screen. I get it was a busy Friday night. Iunderstand there was an issue with someone's order. However, for 8 other customers to be totally ignored by 3 workers whilestanding IN the store for 20 minutes to figure out what happened to 1 order is downright unacceptable. Read more
So me an my bf order from this papa johns fairly often, about 3-4 times a month. We usually have no problems but today it was... just awful. We paid the extra 2$ for the papa size pizza and all we got was extra crust first of all. Second it was cold andjust honestly looked old like the toppings didn?t look fresh at all. So disappointing. We just threw it away and made hot dogsfor dinner. Didn?t even bother to call an complain but I definitely had to vent somewhere. I don?t know why this experience wasso bad but just a waste of 14$ ! Idk why people have so many complaints for this Location. Maybe it's the delivery that sucks. My pick up experience was great.... Hot and fresh pizza. I got a small Alfredo and spinach pizza. I should have gotten it "well done" but that was my mistake, notthere's. Friendly Service! Read more
