Wow. I was just told by the manager/lead, DONT EVER COME BACK. ALL BECAUSE, I REFUSE TO ACCEPT A SMOOTHIE I DIDN'T ORDERED.... If you don't have or out of certain fruits/ produces, say something rather than making something you think will work. I refusethe smoothies and ask for a REFUND, and was toll DONT EVER COME BACK. This only applies to the one on Washington Blvd. The employees there always greet you when you go in and always have a smile on... their face. Never again?yes the food and smoothies are good. Placed an order on their website and had a delivery time of about an hour so no... big deal. Checked the time on the page and it just kept changing with no explanation and then after 2 hours get an email sayingmy order was canceled. Called the store and was told door dash picked it up 20 minutes ago and I would have to contact door dashto get my money back?.that would be great if I had used door dash and not their own website. I typically have a good experience at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Usually I like to go here because the service is nice and... speedy. But, earlier today my wife and I didn't have a good experience. We ordered our food online and picked it up from thestore, like usual, but once we got home and opened one of our wraps there was a LONG BLACK HAIR sitting on our food. That wasthe first problem, but something that's easy enough to forgive. The next problem was returning to the location to resolve theissue. When my wife expressed the problem with the HAIR in her food, the person working there provided subpar customer service.No apologies for the HAIR in her food. And no sign of concern or remorse for the problem. The poor customer service was thenext big problem. Typically, the customer service is really good. But, maybe the weekend crew doesn't have the same standardsas those working during the week. I would like to rate the store higher, but this experience was jarring from all the previousexperiences we have had. Hopefully, some work will be done to improve the customer service and also minimize foreign objectsfrom getting in the customer's food, because we would like to continue patronizing this establishment.
