Decent pizza, bad customer service. Ordered extra icing for the cinnamon sticks and didn?t receive it. Went back in to the front... lady, she asked for the receipt and said it was in the box. I told her it wasn?t in there because I just checked but whatever. Ijust wanted 1 extra cup not 100. Coild have just been simply given to me. Pizza Hut apparently wants to safeguard their icing.It is what it is. Read more
Fast, courteous and the pizza's are great. I stopped buying from Pizza Hut because the franchise locations I dealt with... previously made pizza's that tasted like the cardboard box if they got cool. The one in HaleyVille Alabama is the most all time best and they're the only one around that does the BBQ Pizza ???? OMG It's... the best My Hole Family Loves I highly recommend it ??????????????And The Pizza Hut in Russiville Alabama it's is not a goodplace to eat at know time the service is so very badly and the food is Horrible please I would not recommend that place to noone at all. Haven't had Pizza Hut in years. We were craving pizza, so we decided to try it, instead of driving 40 minutes. Ordered curbside... pickup. The Pizza was barely cooked, onions and peppers were still mostly raw and crunchy. Won't be ordering from Pizza Hutagain. Read more
On this particular trip to Pizza Hut I had placed the order on the App. I was picking up the pizzas on my way to a church... activity. I actually arrived a few minutes earlier than the time I had put down as the pickup time. I was greeted with a smileand was asked how my day had been. I was only there for a minute or two when the order was finished. I arrived at the activityon time. The food was hot and fresh and enjoyed by everyone at the activity. Read more
