Your typical Baskin-Robins...great selection, nice staff. Prices have gone up though. Felt a little burned after paying $7.00... for a small chocolate shake. I guess this is the new norm! Read more

Bad staff. I was waiting in the queue aware of the covid situation and was standing closer to 6ft distance sign but just not ON... the sign. The staff pointed it out disrespectfully, it was weird but as I was already the second person in the queue ????, Ijust ordered my ice cream. Read more

Out of ordinary to write a bad review about Baskin-Robbins but here goes: On Sunday, Mother's Day 5/10/20 I went to Half Moon... Bay location to get a milkshake. There was a young man customer before me with the freezer door wide open, he had his headinside the freezer looking at cakes while talking on the phone, with NO MASK on. The sales associate was standing literallyright next to him explaining the cakes. After he left, I brought it to attention of Manager on Duty she didn't seem tounderstand the safety concern stating it was "OK because the cakes are in boxes". Not being able to trust safety protocol atthis location, their inability to enforce mask requirement, social distant requirement, I left without milkshake, which was nolonger appetizing. Apologies to other unknowing customers who may have purchased a Mother's Day cake to not have reported thissooner. I have been trying to get return calls from Corporate Headquarters since May 10. 2020. Telephoned Corporate 4-6 times,each time assured by apologetic, script reading telephone representative a Manager will call me back, then doesn't. It is June11, 2020 still no return phone call from Corporate despite they have my case on file, each call noted a Manager will call meback. They had no prepacked ice cream, the freezer is broken, no fresh baked cookies so I was not able to order the cookie sundae I... wanted. The automatic door sound indicator would ring incessantly with no people coming into the store and they were playingsuper-duper loud country music which made it difficult to conversate with my friend. The actual sundae I did order was good andmy friend enjoyed his chocolate ice cream but it was definitely a below-par-experience than what I am usually accustomed to fromBaskin Robbins. Read more

Might've been because it was late at night and possibly the last customer... but i got the worst milkshake of my life--for my... wife. Think milk might've been sour. Tasted terrible and wife felt sick, after. Wife stopped drinking, i tasted and apologizedto her. Figure Baskin-Robbins ice cream still safe--as it is packaged--but will never buy another milkshake... and, sorry--as itend to ONLY take time to write glowing reviews. Hopefully, the owners-workers will look into why such a terrible milkshake.Worst ever, by far... at premium cost. And to think, I chose "real" over MacDonald's and Burger King... never again.
