First off ADA compliant. Hot fries with just the right amount of salt. I also had a frozen drink so cold it gave me the frozen... brain headache. If that happens just put your tongue to the roof of the mouth it will go away quickly. Charging stations at afew of the tables ask if you dont see them. Fast and friendly. Terrible!!!! The lady at the counter (named Ester) was very rude and treated us horribly. We ordered food for 7 people and she... did not seem to want us hesitant to let us use the restroom. She made my daughter wait for 10 minutes before she was buzzed in.I hope this review gets to the management. Your burgers may be king but your customer service certainly is NOT! Read more
