Surprised at the reviews. The lady (owner) is rude. She seems to be the most unhappy just to have to talk to a customer. If a... customer is willing to pay more for extra ingredients, why not? Worst Experience ever. This is one of the worst restaurant experience in my life. we were a party of 7 people and 2 kids. we... requested if the table could be joined so that it could accomodate our group, the waiter that waited on us said "NO". We jthoughit was a companies policy. 5 minutes later another big group came in and requested the same thing but the difference was thewaiter and that group spoke the same language and they moved the chairs and made the arrangements for that group. We wereshocked to see that. We went and requested once again, and they made an excuse that our kids were loud. I told them kids makesome noise and they threatened us that they can refuse us service. It was very unpleasant. I told them y are they treating usdifferent than other customer. they told us they wont serve us. I even spoke to the owner and they simply didnot want thebusiness. Very upsetting and non -sense experience. We went to another restaurant and the experience was day/ nightdifference. DONOT GO EAT AT THIS PLACE AGAIN!!! The food proportions are great as are the variety of flavors. They do offer vegan options, and are very considerate to... allergies. The price point is pretty fair, and take out orders are available quite quickly. The staff is also very friendly.They don't have a website or a way to order online, so look at the photos. Read more

We’ve been enjoying the excellent cuisine of China House since their early days. Under new ownership recently but pretty much... unchanged otherwise. My only complaint is some of the waitstaff can be quite unfriendly. There is a negative energy in theair. Read more
Owners don't understand or don't care= poor service, poor ambience= low revenue. Lady at the front is cold ( not a compliment).... They could make so much more money, if they improved the quality of their food & changed their attitude and atmosphere. Zerostars if possible. Never returning. Read more
