I encountered a very rude manager at the McDonald's in half moon bay. Her name is Guille. She screamed at my children in Spanish... which is a language that they don't speak. Rather than telling us (their parents) she screamed at my children. They had theirshoes on but were on their way to take them off as she was screaming at them. Honestly, this is very unprofessional and uncalledfor especially when an employee alreadyasked my kids to take the shoes off. I am super disappointed with the service that Iexperienced from management. When I asked for the managers name, she asked why and I said because I did not like how shescreamed at my 2-year old and 5-year old and i was going to file a complaint. She then violently stirmed and started followingme and was about 1-foot away from me, I asked if she could step 6-feet away from me and she rudely refused as she was holding onto the seat that my kids were sitting at. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please be careful if you bring your children here,especially if they are English speaking Americans. The manager name Guille called the police on me and I waited until they cameto let them know my side of the story. My kids were traumatized from this rude woman who yelled at them. Read more
Why serve a "small fries" when they are stale and mushy? Gross. The apple pie was exactly the same. Throw that out and serve... fresh stuff, MCD can afford it. Read more
Not to say I have high expectations for McDonald?s, but in terms of service my experience has been awful. I?ve been accused on... not paying here both times I?ve gone (I?m not trying to scam a McDonald?s out of 2$ I?ve always paid.) I was already doublecharged here the first time and then I went again and again was accused of not paying I opened my credit card app and showed thetransaction that showed it just was paid on my card for that date and time and was still told I ?didn?t pay?. I don?t knowwhat?s happening here but I?m absolutely flabbergasted. Read more
Not generally a big fan of fast food. But I've noticed that the prices here are what you would get in a regular restaurant. The... food seemed kind of thrown together and the staff seem to be rather preoccupied with other things. But the food wasn't bad justnot put together nicely. Hope they can work with their staff a little bit better they weren't mean just preoccupied. Just a bitof customer service training. I've owned three restaurants myself and I know that can be difficult. Read more
Took my kids here on our way home from the beach. I ordered $71.00 in food for my family for it the be raw hamburger meat on my... dad's son and my hamburgers besides that they brought us only half of our food to the table. I walked up and asked for the restof my food for them to argue with me sayyi didn't order it so I proceed to show them the receipt. They then make excysayong ohso sorry we're super busy. We all start eating to find our hamburgers not cooked my son was so hungry he didn't realize until hewas almost done.. now the car ride home I'm dealing with him vomiting uncontrollably. While I was there I some asked for mymoney back just for the burgers that were raw not the whole $71. The manager and another employee started yelling at me in frontof my kids. I used the restroom before I left and the two same employees followed me into the bathroom. Needless to say I'mcontacting corporate and a lawyer. Read more
The worst Mac ever! After waiting more than 20 minutes on curbside pickup, I entered the building and waited there additional 15... minutes. The guys was very rude. They completely messed up with the order: Raspberry pie instead of the Apple pie (but in thebox of the Apple Pie!) and by the time we got it - it was already a few hours expired, instead of a BigMac they put Chicken MacNuggets, no lemons in the 2 cups of tea, different souses, and no apple slices in the kid's happy meal! Of course we found it afew minutes later when we arrived to the beach. Do not recommend this place. Read more
Bathrooms locked, saw the manager wouldn?t let a paid customer use the bathroom. When she finally let them use it they guard the... door till they come out. Need at least one English speaking worker to interact with customers, especially when the menus are inEnglish. They have signs that say 30 min time limit only to eat your food. Read more
