Chai latte with oat milk was nice, not quite hot enough but I didn't ask for it extra hot so probably my fault.

Again visiting my lovely Peet's Coffee at HMB. Always great to be here. Very good high quality and freshly brewed coffee. My... preference is medium roast plain cup of coffee. It's test fantastic... ???? I like to be here also for the kind and relaxingatmosphere.
