The wait was on-time 20 minutes at 3pm on Friday not bad at all! The cod was good. The regular lobster roll was fricken ... delicious. And the stand out was the made on site coleslaw! Been trying to go to Sam's for awhile, but it's so busy during holiday weekends that it's had us going elsewhere most times.... Finally came during a lighter weekend and the crowds are justified. Sam's got some of the best seafood dishes in this part ofHMB. I recommend avoiding any of the fried fare and going straight for their fresher selections. Service is great and the viewsare gorgeous. Lots of nice areas to appreciate the views while you wait for a table, too. Can't wait to come back! Read more
Not that this place needs any further reviews but I had to because it was fantastic. The seafood was fresh and views were... unparalleled. Tried the feature dish which was king salmon on rice. Super fresh and delicious. I had the shrimp stuffed withcrab and wrapped with bacon for the main. Also was delicious. My wife had the red chili shrimp and the shrimp scampi l, bothof which were fantastic. Will definitely be back! Read more

Fast and attentive service. There was a line when we went there around 11:40 am thinking it opens at 11:30am on Saturday (as... Google said so) but they actually opened at 11am as indicated on their website. But the line moved pretty fast and we got to sitright away indoors by the window. Great view and even more amazing food. Clam chowder was great and oysters were very fresh. Wegot both types of Lobster roll and we both liked Maine style lobster roll better as it felt more moist. Parking was pretty fullbut the turn over was not bad and didn't have any issue finding a spot. Read more
First time visit to the restaurant. Food was amazing!!! They have wide selection of drinks, multiple food options as well. I... tried the Manhattan clam chowder, it was delicious!! must try - naked lobster roll. we love that it was served warm and with minimal seasoning. the lobsters were definitely fresh.... we went back again within a month. the fried calamari and mussel pasta were very delicious too. if possible, don't reach whenyou are hungry. the waiting time could be long.
