Reviews for Starbucks in Half Moon Bay, CA
Better than the other coffee places around. It's super busy but at least the coffee is not disgusting.
This place is a dump. I like Starbucks but I won't return to this location without a major upgrade. It's dirty, everything is... worn out, and it's understaffed. Read more
Smallest Starbucks I have ever seen. No tables, just one bench that lines the wall. They do have a couple of outlets.
Terrible location that took over 35 mins to get my 3 tea drinks. Staff did not make orders based on time placed but prioritized... mobile orders leaving in store orders waiting extremely long periods. This caused customers to crowd the pick up area - ex:customers leaning over the clear divider talking over made waiting orders. Gross! When I asked for the women crowding the areato move so I could grab my order, staff did nothing to allow me to get my items in a clean manner. With 5 baristas on staffworking, someone should have required customers to wait away from the extremely small pick up window. Read more
Dumb as a doornail consumer land. I brought my own cup. So they: 1 trashed a cup measuring the coffee to put into it 2 trashed... another cup just to give me some milk. Sorry I didn't go to "Granola's", the independent coffee shop around the corner. Insteadof avoiding trash, they created twice as much. And then the coffee was luke warm. Read more
Quick service. Bathroom still closed. No tables to sit indoors, with a sign out front that says ?8 People inside at a time... ONLY.? Read more
We thought to stop by here while returning after spending good time at shore and seeing the sunset. We were told that they... didn?t expect these crowd yesterday and closed the door early. They ran out of milks and sugars too. Had so much of waiting timefor our orders. Restroom were out of hand sanitizer too. I felt they should have been prepared well for the weekend. Will thinkagain before visiting here. Read more
These poor guys. The store is crowded and perpetually understaffed. It takes 20+ minutes for a coffee and they often run out of... supplies. They try but honestly go to Peets across the road. Read more
