The Rockwater's upper house was spotless and well-maintained when we checked in. This hotel is exceptional in every way. Every... employee we've dealt with has provided us with thoughtful and responsive service. A huge, kind smile welcomes us. The upperhouse had elegant features and amenities. Beautiful robes, plush beds, and high-end toiletries were all included. Thank you forthe wonderful memories; this has truly been a journey to remember. Definitely looking forward to our next visit! For Valentine's weekend getaway with my wife, I reserved the upper house at the resort during the Spring. The staff at the... Rockwater cared after us admirably from check-in to check-out. Our stay in their upper house rendered us stunned. The upperhouse's view was breathtaking and soothing to the eyes. Our luggage and car were graciously accepted by valets. The lodging andamenities we had were excellent, as we had anticipated. Overall, it was all we wanted from Rockwater and more! Can't wait toreturn! Read more
Outstanding customer care. Over the years, I've visited parts of the world and stayed at countless resorts. They were all... surpassed by The Rockwater Cove Resort. Good work! Every detail was ideal! It was the best decision ever that I made to reservethe upper house. From the upper house, you can see everything, so I actually spent a lot of time simply taking it all in.Everything, from check-in to activities to the restaurant and housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make sure we wereaddressed. Unbelievable vacation and views, a true gem nestled on the Sunshine Coast. We enjoyed one of their premium tents for 3 nights... and we can only say the experience was great. We also dinned for 3 nights at their on site restaurant and the food was good.Only reason that I didn?t give 5 stars are as follow: main building/restaurant were very hot and not air conditioned and coulduse a little cosmetic update. I was here for a wedding and stayed 2.5 days. Incredible location tucked well away from the world at large. I enjoyed my studio... cabin, it was rustic but not decrepit. Great swimming in both the pool and the ocean. Very friendly staff, especially Wes whowas seemingly everywhere at once doing all things while still being in a good mood. I'd come back again for sure and wouldrecommend it to others. Read more
Our room at the lodge was spacious and the price was great! Even though our stay was off-season, we had a wonderful experience... at the lodge. The attention to detail by the staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond their duties to make sure guestshad an unforgettable stay at the lodge. The staff never fails to go out of their way to ensure that all guests are treated withnothing shy of the utmost respect and courtesy. The rooms, beds, suites, views, restaurants, bar, spa, pool, etc. are allabsolutely spectacular and very relaxing. Enjoyed staying here at the lodge very much. Enthusiastically recommended. Read more
We are beyond grateful to Rockwater Secret Cove Resort! The BEST place for weddings! We had 5 weeks to plan our wedding and... every one of the staff helped make our day perfect! The weddings venue is beautiful and our pictures turned out amazing.Everything from the inside to the outside is picture-perfect. The reception was spacious and full of light, enough for anintimate gathering. It was elegant and skilled stuff that has spoil our attention. Perfect accommodation for weddings! Read more
We stayed in a cabin as we had our dog with us. It?s was sufficient to sleep and location right by the water was amazing. It?s... been a while since the resort has been upgraded. I am not sure what level of service they are trying to achieve but if it?sminimal they achieved their goal. We paid only $215 per night and that?s about the right price, the highlight is waking up mythe ocean. We had dinner the first night and it was average at best. Skipped on breakfast both days. For just over $200 it?sprobably worth it. The tents have a great location but it?s over $500 a night, I would pay it if the food, amenities and generalservice was better.
