I just came from this Tim Hortons for the last time I got 2 sausage farmers wraps and 2 ice coffees with extra base and... espresso. They hand me 2 sandwiches that I was disappointed in but accepted the loss. I then left to be on my way and took a sipof my iced coffee realized I had no espresso and no extra base so I went back and I told the lady and she denied and saidthere?s espresso in it I was already late at 7:30 in the morning so I wasn?t looking to argue. But I definitely will not bereturning to the Tim Hortons unless I can get some sort of compensation. Read more
Worst customer service I've seen at a tim hortons. Literally every person we encountered was unfriendly and had zero customer... service skills. Waited forever in line, and took us 20 minutes of waiting to get 2 drinks and bagels. Avoid. Read more
This place has the worst DRIVE THRU ever. Slow as hell, they constantly get the orders wrong. My friend is lactose... intolerant, we asked for no cheese and they still put cheese on his sandwich and he got so sick. This happens with all ourorders. This place is awful. 0/5 Read more
What a horrible drive through! The service is the SLOWEST I?ve ever encountered!! And you can?t escape the friggin line up????... If somebody in front of you ordered a breakfast muffin or a bagel, everybody else behind them will get their coffee at lunchtime. The people at the window apologize for the slow kitchen staff. Why are there no waiting spots for customers that have towait for the slow kitchen? Because this Tim?s is build on a lot the size of a stamp! Like there?s no space in the boonies ???? Read more
Terrible service!!! The person in front of us left with 3 people in front of us. We should have also. After making it to 2nd... in line one of two cashiers decided to help someone take their order to their car while the inside line up waited. By thispoint we had already been in line over 20 minutes. When she returned she worked on an app order! We waited more! Finally timefor service and for two coffees and two muffins it took 5 minutes to compile the order after she disappeared in the back for whoknows what reason. As a side note, the drive through service appeared to move very quickly! I'm sure they served at least 30cars before the line up of 6 people in store. Never again! Read more

I ordered 2 medium ice coffees extra base and espresso in both. Along with two breakfast sausage wraps, a triple triple, and a... doughnut. We received two breakfast sandwiches, two plain medium coffees and a doughnut. No wraps. No triple triple. We wentinto the store to grab the triple triple and get espresso in our coffees, and the older lady (not Wendy, we love Wendy) startedarguing about the coffee and we left very unsatisfied, with the wrong coffees and sandwiches Read more
