I purchased the lamb kofta with rice and it was all fairly underwhelming. The lamb was dry as if the reheated it instead of... making it fresh and the seasoning wasn't as well done as other place in Halifax.The rice was slightly chewy instead of soft andI'm not completely sure if that's how it's supposed to be but what was the real issue was the absurd amount of raw garlic chunksall throughout the rice. I personally think you guys should focus more on quality than quantity because I had enough rice tofeed a village but with all of those garlic Chunks it went straight in the trash. The only redeeming factor was the the 2 saucesincluded might have been some of the best I've had. The garlic sauce beats out others like mezza by far. Read more
I went 902 on the second day after opening because they had a special 50% off shawarma and fried chicken. I went for the... shawarma, but I arrived late and the only available item on their menu was fried chicken. They told us upon arrival that it'lltake 45 minutes and we decided to wait. It took longer than that, but they apologized and it was only the second day sounderstandable. The chicken came with garlic sauce and fries. It was fresh and hot, but not juicy. I never like fried chicken somy review could be biased. I didn't enjoy the atmosphere so I'll probably be doing take-out in the future. I like the downtown902's atmosphere better. Read more
Delicious does not BEGIN to describe the food! We ordered in delivery via Uber Eats. The food was hot & presentation was... impeccable! The flavours were aromatic...the food, oh the food...it was if you were being served in someone's home. My mouth iswatering think of this meal. The hummus was fresh as can be, & the kebabs and the chicken were delicious. The salad was crispand refreshing! We ordered the Family Meal for 2 and it was bountiful! Plenty of food and a little snack for later. We bothagreed it was the most delicious treat we've had in awhile! We will definitely be ordering again! Highlyrecommended!!!????????????? all the way! Beautiful theme! Reasonably priced food, meals were served hot. Great customer service. Menu filled with lots of options to pick... from. Bathrooms could be a bit cleaner. I am new in town and will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Read more

Overall great food! We ordered a tandoori wrap as well as lentil soup and another main. Everything was well cooked and portions... were pretty generous. The tandoori wrap was really the star though the meat was absolutely perfectly cooked, well spiced with abit of crispiness from the grilling. Our second main was delicious as well, the hummus was the perfect texture and the salad wasflavorful. Service was good. The decor is nice and the seating is pretty unique with regular tables as well as lounge styleareas. Parking was kind of annoying as there isn't much. The only main downside is there was a bit of a strong smell of smoke.At least in the lounge area where we were sitting. Read more
I wish if there is less than one start! I found a worm moving around the hot sauce and when I told the owner about it, he was... like oh I think it's a piece of rice how come it's still moving if it's cooked!! That's just disrespect.. the place is so stinkyinside... I will never go back and I don't think anyone should eat there! I am editing this to reply to you: Your server sawthe worm himself and told you about it and asked you to deal with it and you just ignored it untill he apologized about it afterI paid. Yes the worm was in the chili not the food it self. Anyways, yes it was my mistake that so finished the meal and triedto be nice dealing with you guys but so should be just left and post about this dirty restaurant. Read more
