The management is terrible. Will never go back. Placed an order online and their system messed up. When we went down and showed... that our credit card was charged but the order never placed, the manger accused us of lying and kicked us out of therestaurant. Two days later the charge that the manager claimed didn't exist, was refunded to our credit card. Manager has nocustomer service and doesn't seem to care if their system steals from customers. Really great place. Their pizza is very delicious and so is thier poutine. There was this very bad power outage and they stayed... open to sell food to everyone. They used a diesel generator. Recommend this place to everyone,the owner is very nice. Read more

We got poutines from the new Fairview Alexandra's location. Fries were undercooked and gravy was extremely thin and only on half... of the poutine. The bottom one was also crushed in the bag and the cheese was attached to the top of the container. Overall notwhat you would expect if you were used to ordered from their old location.
