The management is terrible. Will never go back. Placed an order online and their system messed up. When we went down and showed... that our credit card was charged but the order never placed, the manger accused us of lying and kicked us out of therestaurant. Two days later the charge that the manager claimed didn't exist, was refunded to our credit card. Manager has nocustomer service and doesn't seem to care if their system steals from customers. Really great place. Their pizza is very delicious and so is thier poutine. There was this very bad power outage and they stayed... open to sell food to everyone. They used a diesel generator. Recommend this place to everyone,the owner is very nice. Read more

We got poutines from the new Fairview Alexandra's location. Fries were undercooked and gravy was extremely thin and only on half... of the poutine. The bottom one was also crushed in the bag and the cheese was attached to the top of the container. Overall notwhat you would expect if you were used to ordered from their old location. New management is really terrible. They messed up our orders twice now. We paid $3 extra for bacon and they forgot to put it on... the pizza. They also somehow messed up pepperoni pizza. They forgot the pepperoni.... They barely put any sauce or cheese on ourpizza or garlic fingers. They used to be my favorite pizza spot but not anymore. Read more

Love Alexandra's pizza! Before the pandemic, we had their pizza several times. This time we got two large pizzas. They were... still delicious as usual, but this time the broccoli disappointed me a little bit. Generally I like the broccoli on Alexandra'spizza, but this time we can barely find the broccoli. I still like their pizza tho, I definitely wanna try different kinds ofpizza next time! Read more
