Birch & Anchor food is so perfect having been open fire cooked. The Steak was sooooo good. Garlick Sprimp was delicious too.
Our daughter was married on our property last weekend and Asado catered. The food was absolutely delicious! Well the bride and groom booked these guys for the food at the wedding and I?ve been to alot of wedding and there food was by... far the best i have ever ate.. I highly recommend anyone to have these people at the wedding or any private party etc We hadsmoked chicken, Stirfry, and potatoes???? The chicken was the best chicken i have ever ate hands down? every bit had a beautifulsmoked taste right through it.. The stirfry was unreal as well. To watch the cook go nonstop and do what he loves and do anabsolutely amazing job was amazing to see.. the ladie that served us did amazing job as well thank you so much you guys..???? I've been meaning to review Asado for a while, but I have the memory of a goldfish so I forgot for about a year and a half,... haha. Firstly, let me just say that the food quality is excellent, and that goes for the pig roast, to brisket, to all thesides. I'm a wedding photographer and Asado catered a wedding I shot and it was just fantastic, certainly top notch in the city(and I've eaten A LOT of wedding food so I think I'm a good judge at this point). One of our couples from this year has hiredthem, and I'm actually so excited to get to eat their deliciousness again I could wee. I should also mention that I've sinceswitched to a primarily vegan diet but I don't even care, I'm throwing it out the window to have Asado again. <3 Read more
Mike and his team from Asado catered our wedding in August and they did an amazing job! The pig roast and all the sides we... ordered were incredible, everybody commented on how delicious and well prepared everything was. They were extremely personableand their service was excellent, Mike and his staff really went above and beyond for us (from setup to cleanup). They put us atease right away, which was one less thing to worry about on our wedding day. Asado catered my wedding last weekend and it was a huge hit! The chef, Jeff, went above and beyond to make the whole experience... a good one. We got for meals the brisket, and chicken & ribs, and everyone was delicious! The chicken skewers and all thesliders we had for appetizers were also delicious and a huge hit with the guests. I can?t say enough good things about the wholeexperience working with Asado from setting up the menu, to the food day of. Absolutely perfect wedding catering, so happy withour choice of Asado.
