This is my 3rd visit in two days!! ????????What more can I say about the authenticity ????& warmth of this place. The owner and... the chef are so welcoming and they customise every dish as per the individual taste. Bottom line, this feels like home away fromhome???????????? what we ordered was: 1) beef biriyani 2) chicken biriyani 3) chicken tikka 4) chapati the ‘curry village indian restaurant’... was honestly the best indian restaurant i’ve visited in halifax, food was great as well. staff was very warm andwelcoming. the owner was really friendly and came to our table to chat with us. in conclusion- had a really great diningexperience. Something to write home about here, that’s for sure. Number one, awesome hospitality! I had the chicken vindaloo, and it was... wickedly spicy; very good! I’m a bit of a spice hound myself, and we all had a good laugh, because he was pretty impressed tosee me put it back without flinching. Said I was 1 in 1000 ???????? We are frequent diners at this wonderful restaurant. This is the only restaurant in Halifax with great East-Indian cuisine. The... presentation, taste and portion size of the food, served to us, has always been perfect. Apart from the wonderful food, theextremely friendly owner and the staff is inexplicably hospitable. My dear friend was visiting from out of town and we wanted to go out to dinner to get caught up. She is vegetarian and loves... Indian food so I did a quick google and Curry Village popped up at the top of the list. My friend and I ordered yellow beef curry and butter chicken with rice and naan bread and everything was top-notch! The dishes... had an authentic, rich flavor which was not overpowering.
