We were in Bayers Lake today and thought we would stop into Eastside Mario's for lunch. Devon waited on us and he was awesome!... His customer service was second to none. I ordered a pizza with cauliflower crust which includes all you can eat soup (I wentwith the Italian wedding soup) and freshly baked bread. My daughter ordered the kids menu chicken fingers and fries and my wifeordered the all you eat salad and soup with baked bread. Everything was delicious and Devon's customer service made theexperience top notch! Thanks again for your hospitality and we will be asking for you next time. ???????? //Update// We hadfriends visiting from Ontario and decided to meet them for lunch at East Side Mario's. We ended up with a different waiter thistime (I forgot his name) but his service was awesome. The staff at the Bayers Lake location are second to none. Always attentiveand accommodating. This time we ordered mussels, and fried calamari for appetizers and new main courses as well. The food wasdelicious and we will be back again. Keep up the great work! ???????? Read more
I had the Chicken Parm at East Side Mario's & it was pretty average. Honestly, nothing too fantastic about it. Most items on the... menu are now 20+ dollars per person and include an all you can eat salad or soup, but how much soup or salad are you actuallygoing to eat? Also, Anything that was below 20 dollars didn't seem to include the salad. The service was also average. Nothingscreams "eat here again soon" to me, but it was ok. Read more
The staff gave me the worst table of the restaurant: that one behind the entrance. I noticed a lot of empty tables. I requested... to change tables and I was not allowed to. Frustrating for a first visit, eh? Well, at least the decoration of the restaurant ispretty cool! I ordered a chicken parm and it was nothing special at all. I had much better ones at authentic Italian restaurantsin my life. That all you can eat garden salad is perfect - except for the plastic red bowl. It includes everything I expected.So tasty. The garlic bread - the flavor of garlic is subtle - is fresh and yummy. Waitress dropped the bread on my table as shewas rushing all the time. I rushed to pay my bill without even finishing my ice tea. I paid $30 and I could not enjoy much…the place is noisy as there are kids running around. Sad for a Sunday lunch at East Side Mario’s! Terrible Dinner experience for our whole family. Generally we have a very good time here but not this time. The waitress... allotted to our did not even provided my 3 year old with separate small glass of water. The service was just terrible.Ridiculously brunt bruschetta bread which when returned was dropped on the table by the waitress and he got our starter by thetime we were done with our main course. The pasta were very undercooked and literally felt like eating a chewing gum. We hadleave the almost whole dish like that. Not to mention dishes and cutlery were missing. We started off with some freshly baked complimentary bread which was just too good. We ordered signature calamari as our... starter, make your own pasta and seafood linguine as our mains. Both came with a choice of salad/soup, we went ahead with thetomato soup. The food was very flavorful especially the calamari. Piping hot on the sizzle made it extra tasty. Finished off ourmeal with some salted caramel brownie served with vanilla ice cream. Great experience and awesome staff! Read more
Went for supper here with my sister last evening for her birthday. We waited about 15 minutes to get seated as the restaurant... was very busy. Once we were seated though, our server was prompt in getting to us. His name was Brandon and you could tell heenjoyed his job. He made the experience. He was very friendly and courteous and made us laugh on a few occasions. I'm "thatperson" when I go to restaurants and I literally could not have gotten a better server. It didn't take long for us to get ourfood, which was served to us hot and the presentation was nice. It was delicious. We had a different server drop our food but itwas nice to see that everyone works as a team there. Overall this experience was a solid 5/5 Kudos to Brandon. If the food hadbeen sub par, I would.still come back for the service. He deserves a raise ???? Read more
There was 8 of us tonight eating on the patio 5 kids under 12 and 3 adults. We ordered 3 adult pasta dishes and 5 kids meals (... Sliders, Alfredo pasta and Chicken fingers and fries) the food came out hot and fresh and even with a few issues, our server wasvery accommodating and efficient.
