One of the staff on cashier asked me a lot of personal questions even my religion and I trusted her, and she said to me the... receipt is supposed to stay with us. The price was 42 $ and I had coupons which is should make the price more low , when I back home I thought about the price I found it is even more expensive than the regular price, and I have other point I found hair inmy burger made me disgusted. They are fast. They have spicy options. You can customize with many options. They have online coupons pretty much all the time.... I've ordered to go, and I've eaten in. Their tables were clean. They only ever messed up my order once. Read more

Went to Harvey's in Bayer's Lake and I was very impressed with the service we received. I believe it was the assistant Manager... who waited on us, and his customer service skills were second to none. He actually seemed to care about his customers experiencewhich is a very rare thing these days. He even followed up by not only delivering our food to our table but checked to see howwe liked everything. The food was fresh and very tasty. I had never tried Harvey's crispy chicken burger before but thought Iwould try something different this time and it was good as well. The only area of opportunity I would give to this location isthe actual location itself. If you have not been there before and are not going through the drive through it is somewhatcumbersome to figure out where to park. You have to drive around what looks like the back of another building to get to thefront of the store which is rather odd. Just a recommendation, but if there are no plans to relocate I would recommend puttingup a sign in the parking lot so people know how to access the front of the store. Regardless, I still give this location a 5star just based on the service and quality of food alone.???????? Read more

I have had maximum 2 issues ever at this location. I love the taste of Harvey's food, wish of course like anything else it could... be less expensive but overall worth it in my opinion. I had a bad order of food recently and the manager Jeff made up for itand made sure the problem was fixed for next time. Would certainly recommend coming here, the staff are wonderful too. Read more
