Bad customer service, very bad food quality. When I opened package, boxes was pressed each other that they were opened... slightly. I never had this experience from chained restaurant before. I am always surprised by how they sell products which areunprofessional made. And they treated me as extremely uncomfortable with their words (their attitude). Thank you. Please be kindto people. Ordered 2 can dine meal. The french fries were absolutely cold and soggy. I was given a second order to replace them, those too... were cold & soggy. The man behind the counter said no they are fresh I just took them out of the deep fryer. I said no you didnot because I can put my hand right on them and they are cold, check them. I was given a third package of french fries to takeback to the table where I was sitting. Third try they got them right. I was speaking with another customer on the customer saidthe fries were probably reheated in the microwave because that's what "they" do. I am never eating there again. Read more
If you are in Halifax and you crave fried chicken go to Mary brown it is a bit expensive but better quality and definitely... tastier. The KFC quality is drastically decreasing in Toronto as well as in Halifax. I order a combo of 3 pc of chicken; 1- Ireceived one piece of chicken and the other two I am not sure what they are. 2- two pieces were raw not well fried. Last year, this location was the only On-point location in Halifax.. They took pride in the fact that their food came out... exceeding expectations... however, my last 3 orders come back very poor quality.. Over-cooked chicken is a regular occurence,Today, ordered spicy sandwiches, Both looked like the meat came from black chickens... Turns out, the patties were over cooked,and simulate old boot leather, very weak with no substance.. I have come to expect this quality from locations like Titus,however, I have grown to expect a higher quality from this location... and Yes, I've noticed the Massive alteration in staffdiversification....
