Very small space, strongly recommend making a reservation. However the food was to die for, so delicious. And the service was... incredibly friendly, attentive and quick. Had an amazing meal here. The staff was friendly and attentive. Started off with the mussels and had the featured fish of the... day - seared halibut and scallop on a shrimp risotto. The fish was perfectly cooked, the skin was crispy but the meat was stillnice and juicy. Finished off with the chocolate espresso torte. Everything was delicious but the fish definitely was myfavourite. One of the best resturants I've tried in Halifax. Would definitely come again! Read more

My girlfriend and I went here for our first anniversary earlier this week. This place is by no means cheap. But it is seriously... worth every single penny. The food will make you pause with every bite. The serving staff are all super friendly and knowexactly how much time to give between checking in and how long to check in for. We have already agreed that instead of going todates at other places once a month we will go here once every two to three months. If I could give six stars I would giveseven. PS. I want that Roman bread recipe I could eat loaves of the stuff. Read more
Lovely experience from service to food. I was a bit skeptical as to being rushed due to the hours of operation but i needed not... to worry. Every item ordered was superb! Compliments to the chef; i perhaps missed my server's name but she was great. My onlyreason for taking a star was due to the noise level because of how small the space is within the restaurant.
