Ordered dinner for my family through the Mary Browns app as I usually do. I was able to track the delivery driver and was... waiting for them. The app said arrived then quickly changed to delivered. Food never arrived. Tried contacting restaurant andthey offered no solution. I was told a manager would call me back but nobody did. It?s unfortunate because I like ordering fromhere but due to the poor customer service I won?t be ordering from them again. Filed a dispute with my credit card so hopefullyI?ll get my money back. The food tasted good, but one of the front desk staff's attitude is not good when I ordered and kept poker face all the time. I... know that it may be a long day? Pretty disappointed with today's visit. I got poutine with chicken pop-ins added, a small coleslaw, and a can of bubly. The... seven bits of reheated pop-ins cost an extra $3.80. The poutine was half full. The bubly is the only thing that met myexpectations. This cost $12.50 with tax. Read more
Great tasting fried chicken and efficient service from the staff. There are delivery drivers popping in and out of this fast... food joint. There are tables to dine in. I recommend the original chicken with taters rather than fries. Plenty of parking andlocated in a plaza with other food establishments. Read more
I made my order online for curbside pickup using their app. They brought the food to the car and it was very convenient. Staff... was friendly. Crispy chicken is really good. Thai chicken pop in is also very delicious. Thanks Mary Brown's, will definitelybuy from them frequently. Read more
