Such a beautiful decorated dinning room restaurant. Love the great view of Halifax ocean. A lovely robot brings food to your... table that can talk to you. There is a nice private dinning room available, good for party or occasion. I dine in and gettake-out sometimes. Food are improving. If you still haven't tried the food here. I highly recommend!???? Arrived at 4:30 with a party of 5, waited for 10 minutes or longer to seated (restaurant was not busy). Waited over 20 minutes... for our order to be taken, 4 friends unexpectedly arrived and since we had a table for 10 we asked them to join us since ourfood hadn?t arrived. The waitress who did not return to our table with the 2 drinks we ordered appeared and advised our friendsthere would be an additional 15% service charge for having a group larger than 7! We then waited another 15-20 minutes for herto return to advise us that one of the menu items wasn?t available. Another choice was selected and we waited. The waitressreturned and took our friends? orders. 15-20 minutes later the robot waiter brought 4 meals for our original group, we had toget them off the robot. We then waited again and shortly after the waitress came back with two empty glasses of ice and said sheforgot the drinks. The robot then returned with our friends meals and a waiter arrived to remove them from the robot. I thenasked him where our missing meal was and our original group was done eating by this point. He left to check on it came back afew minutes later to say they were just going to cook it! I canceled it as it was now 6:05 and we had to go to our event. Thegentleman apologized however I won?t be back and none of our group will. The service was terrible and I don?t think it was justat the waitress level. They were kind enough to not charge me for the meal we didn?t get as if it was compensation for the poorservice and they announced they waived the additional 15% because we came in separately!! The restaurant is airy and beautifully decorated. The wait staff are well trained and very helpful. One young lady showed me... where the washroom was as its not in the restaurant. The food was excellent and hot. Read more

I ordered food over an hour before closing, then an hour later they decide to cancel my order after it was already accepted &... "being prepared". They tried to say there was no Uber drivers so that's why it got canceled , I then said okay no problem I'llcome pick it up. The guy said ok come in 10 mins, I went , doors were locked up, lights out &, no one was there . HORRIBLEservice & to lie right to me on the phone is ridiculous after I wasted my time & gas for an order that was suppose to bedelivered waaaay before closing. NOT my fault. I can now see why the reviews are so low. I'll definitely gladly go elsewhere aseveryone else should with service like this Read more

Surprised to see a lot of these not so great reviews. I ordered the combo plate with sweet and sour chicken balls and rice, and... also the Szechuan beef. The chicken balls and rice were very good, however it was the Szechuan beef that was really deliciousand impressed me. I was delightfully surprised to taste lots of Szechuan peppercorns in it, it was also spicy without being toomuch. Really good!! I?ll be a regular now! Read more

Hosted our Team Meeting at this restaurant tonight, THE FOOD was amazing and sooooo much!!!! Everyone took home food and highly... recommend May Garden Special Ribs.
