It takes a long time to receive their service. Many people are standing in a long line most of the time. Although it says open... 24 hours after 9pm they close and keep the drive thru open. But you will have to stay in the line for a long time. It is a wasteof time. I think they have a shortage of staff. No one comes to work for low salaries Read more
Worst, inconsistent, give the wrong order, park you for a coffee in the drive thru, never answer their phone, give cold food,... give small portions of fries, McDonald's in HRM. I?ve never in my life came to a McDonald?s and the burger test different. Not anywheres in the world where you can go and say... this big Mac tastes different. Not the best service I've had but also not the worst. The burgers I got were built wrong and wrapped badly so they fell over in... the bag and made a mess. Every order comes in a bag even if the display says tray because they don't want you to stay. Theemployees don't care and it shows. There's not even a stack of trays so obviously it comes down from management. Read more
I found the car breaker and a nice homeless guy having a soda. One of our nuggets came bitten from the box. Baby chair was clean... and wrapped in tons of plastic. Soap wasn't found in toilet. Huge ice cream too! Read more
***edit: also no drink that I paid for. Never going through this drive thru again. Not that hard to work for lol Not extremely... impressed. I went through the drive through tonight and ordered a kids meal. I got cut off mid way and asked to pull to secondwindow, i proceeded to say I wasn?t done ordering and she said to still pull up. Weird but ok? waited approximately 15 minutesto place the order of the rest of the food, and told them to charge me extra specifically for extra pickles? did I get extrapickles? No. Did I wait an extra 10 minutes after placing the rest of the order to only receive cold fries? Yes. Did I get thepacket of mayo I requested and ALSO offered to pay extra for that? No. So here I am after waiting ~30 minutes, cold fries, notthe sandwich I wanted and nothing to dip the cold fries in. Love that, thanks so much guys Read more
I had a mobile order with jr chicken meal and mcdouble with icecoffee. Large fries. What i got after waiting in line? Just a jr... chicken and medium fries. Manager was not ready to listen or instead of apologizing just gave me my other stuff one by one andstill messed up with the large fries. I left anyway as my time is more valuable than arguing with them. Read more
