I?ve been there a lot of times and some of the staff are rude and they have forgotten a lot of stuff in my order plenty of times... for example slices of cheese and sometimes they don?t give a good quantity of fries if you order a large size. Also, thesandwiches are all very small and the chicken is always so lean. I also don?t like the offers on the Rewards app because most ofthem are beef burger offers or breakfast offers that contain pork. As a hindu, I wish there were more chicken options as welland I wish the price wasn?t so high for the chicken. Read more
I don?t normally leave reviews but I?ve had enough of the McDonald?s on Peakview in Bedford. It is consistently the worst one... ever! I live nearby so it?s convenient to come here but it never fails?every single time there is something wrong with my order.From no ice in the pop or no ice in the Iced Coffee?really??! No syrup in the pop or it?s the wrong pop (Diet Coke instead ofCoke Zero). Or the fries are cold, sandwich is cold etc etc. Coffee has milk or there?s no sugar and so on?oh and I can?t forgetthat the drive through cannot handle two lanes! One line always consistently has to sit and wait to get waited on while youwatch someone drive up to the other line and get served immediately. I should add that I always order through the app and pickup via the drive through so there should never be any errors in my order but there always is!! Come on McDonald?s!! Worst McDonalds in the entire province. They never have ice, they never consistently change the syrup or the CO2 for the drink... machines , and they all have terrible attitudes. These employees get paid above minimum wage and they don?t do their jobsproperly! I don?t know if it?s a lack of training or lack of caring but something needs to change. I?m consistently disappointedby this location and it?s just best to never go to it. The employees don?t need to act like they enjoy their jobs, but they doneed to actually do their jobs. Read more
Absolutely terrible, ordered from here three times. The fries are so old they're chewy, and either no salt or way too much. For... some reason they never put ice in your pop? They always say they're out of ice, great just what a want a room temperature pop ona hot day. The burgers are just as bad as the rest of the combo. Not worth your money. I don?t know why this place is receiving tons of bad reviews. I had a good first experience here ordering a Big Mac and iced... coffee. The atmosphere of the place is good. The floors and tables look clean and the staff works fast. Overall, I?m totallycoming back. Read more
Went to drive through at Bayers/Chain Lake and got a burned egg McMuffin, the sad part is the person buying this is banking for... this as their meal for the day, now I was not able to eat that day as I am busy, that is why I went through drive thru, having aburnt food sucks!!!! I visited this store in the evening and found it to be very disturbing atmosphere that I couldn?t even talk over phone properly.... There is this manages I suppose named Monica who and her crew keeps on shouting at top of their voices. They talk with eachother very loudly that a customer would easily get headache in about 5 minutes. There has to be calm and cleanliness for anyoneto enjoy their food or sit and have any kind of conversation with someone. This is not the place like that for sure! It ishopeless to keep on hearing their very very loud and constant talks while the fry machine and etc. are also beeping loud!
