Drive through order -Ordered a happy meal and large fries,paid at the first counter and at pick up ,the girl at the second... window did not greet nor did she have a smile on her face ,just handed me the brown paper bag and I was about about to drive off. Luckily I was still at the parking lot when I opened the bag and discovered only the fries .I had to then park in the parkinglot and I had to get out and walk towards the drive through window and ask the girl about the happy meal to which the girlreplied ?I didn?t say anything you just drove away?. This is not the kind of service that you would expect from Mc Donald?s.Rest assured this will be the last time my family and I patronize this restaurant location . Read more
Came at 12:50 to eat. The doors were locked and someone was inside and trying to ignore us. I tried the drive through and they... didn't pick up or explained anything. If they are lacking employees they should at least put a sing or explain instead of justignoring customers. Read more

Been there 2 times this week for breakfast and both times my order was wrong. Repeated it multiple times into the speaker then... waited at the window for someone to come back to fix my order and everyone inside ignored me. Very frustrating when a simpleorder for one person isn't right and you can't get any help fixing it. Staff needs more training and to actually put a littleeffort in. Read more
They get my order right only 50% of the time at best. Because of this, I started mobile ordering for pickup. They still get it... wrong. I asked for a cheese burger. I ask for no onions and extra pickles. I get onions and no pickle. I asked for no mustardadd mayo at $0.40 extra. I get no mustard no mayo. In the last month, 3 out of 6 orders were wrong and on 2 occasions I waswithout a straw for my drink. I enter the store, look around, see people. People of different shapes and colors. It truly does hold a local friendly... atmosphere. You can love it, or hate it but at the end of the day McDonald's is the place you go when you need a quick bite or alittle snack. Therefore I don't think anyone can complain about the service being a bit shabby. IM LOVING IT! Read more
