Best McD in Hrm by their service, don't know why so much bad reviews! Always had great service and faster. As a delivery driver... they treat you with all respect not like the other McDs around. Poutine and coffee that I ordered were fresh and good. I got my order fast. The staff working behind the counters was nice and... friendly. There was a lady walking around and making sure tables and floors are clean. Read more
Fries, drink double big Mac. The serving was poor though the patty was flying out from the sides and all. Whatever, let's eat.
Today we ordered 2 hot fudge sundae's, there were No peanut, filled to the top with ice cream, there was very little No hot... fudge, they said they ?made it pretty? we told them and they pretty much told us to leave. We went back and got are receipt anddidn?t give us the right one at first we told them and they finally gave the refund receipt. We are now driving to an otherMcDonalds Hope fully it?s better! Edit: I have to update my review. I try to be understanding given the pandemic and folks are not paid enough to be working at a... McDonald's right now, but the order mistakes and poor food assembly is getting worse. Okay so. As the closest McDonald's to methat's also 24/hr, naturally this is my favorite. However, it isn't uncommon for orders to get mixed up and some of thelate-night customer are...rowdy. The slowest McD nationwide.Period! Nicely constructed and decorated. But I would give ZERO star for the service and the speed.... It is not acceptable to wait for a junior chicken for 15 minutes at 10PM where you are the only customer. Similarly waiting for20 kinutes to get a breakfast bagel meal and at the end you hear the bagel you ordered is not available. Another breakfastorder with the same waiting time (20 minutes) and you are asked to go wait in mobile order parking! Not only this but poorcustomer service from some (not all) of the staff especially where you pay for your order (window1). I have been to many McDsin more than 7 provinces and by far this is the slowest. McD must look at how this franchise works if they want to retaincustomers. Read more
