I arrived to your location at 330 am and was informed via drive through your store was closed for 45 minutes . I thought this... was strange as the hours say nothing about it. The girl informed me that this location is actually completely closed lobby anddrive through every night from 315 till 415.. Please update your hours to reflect this on Google to save customers their time sothey can visit a Open location or another food option. Read more
I don't understand why the employees can't get my order right. Every morning it's wrong.... Xl Tea 2 milk 2 sugar and a... muffin THAT'S NOT A HARD ORDER!!! Getting coffee with a tea bag and milk, tea with no milk, tea with 1 milk and no sugar, teawith cream and no sugar, cream and 2 sugar. Out of the past 4 days I've been to this location they haven't gotten my order rightyet. 3 days it was wrong and once they couldn't take orders due to some computer issues. Read more
I tell ya right now. This place is the absolute worst. I’m not sure who runs it but my oh my if they don’t have the... brightest bunch there and they usually have 15-20 ppl in the kitchen and front end but they still manage every single time tomess my order up …faithfully every time. I can only imagine how many mess ups they have in a run of a day. I wouldn’t besuprised honestly if that number would be greater than a 100 ppl a day. I could almost bet any amount on that. Read more

Went to get a burger, went on app. There was a promotion for a 1/4 pounder meal. It turned out it was free because of the reward... system. The fries were cold, the Diet Coke had no taste. The worst part was the burger. The meat tasted like cardboard and therewas this stuff in it that looked like the outside of a corn kernel. Are they putting ground up bugs in the meat??? It was reallygross. I am really going to have a hard time trusting what’s going on with the food now. And I know, it’s fast food! Butthere is a limit to what people can accept!!! Read more
Lots of parking spaces, quick service, and good sized dining area. There are 3-4 self service ordering panels and there is also... a drive through. Not too busy during the morning if you order inside but drive thru can get busy. Lots of delivery drivers comeand go. Read more
Worst McDonald’s in Halifax. Staff are horrible not friendly at all, they make your order wrong an roll their eyes at you and... continue to do what they were doing until you ask multiple times and get cranky because they are ignoring you. Then they talk ancomplain about you thinking you can’t hear them. Whoever the manager is here is horrible at picking staff . None of them havehair nets or gloves on they don’t pay attention to the proper orders at all.nothing positive about this place . Read more
Went for a mcdouble meal midnight and got so disappointed as they got the order wrong because of missing bacon that i paid for... along with soggy fries. Don't deserve such customer service after waiting for 20 minutes in a drive thru with 1 car ahead of me.The thin little girl working overnight needs more training and little respect for customers.
