Just called for delivery. My order came to 14.99 and I was informed that their minimum delivery charge is 15 dollars. I chuckled... thinking the guy was joking but apparently he wasn't. Been ordering here since the pandemic started. The quality of food has definitely started to decrease. Garlic finger's are way... to greasy now and don't order anything with fries. They used to season and cook them well, now even the spicy are soggy andbarely have salt. Very disappointed in the decrease in quality, used to love this place but don't think it's worth the moneyanymore. Read more
Charged me for fries I didn't order ..then tried to tell me the fries come standard on clubhouses and if I dont want fries I... still have to pay for them . and pretty sure was overcharged on items that weren't priced the same on the menu. Then whenshe realized the cost of 75$ was high offers a free can of pop keep it lady I'll never come back there.. they must needthe money if they are ripping their customers off .. stay away from these crooks. I waited for my pizza, and watched the staff handle cash, pop, garbage and clutter and then handle food, not one person washed... their hands the entire 25mins I was there. I mentioned it to the staff and he acted shocked, I said you just handled my cashand went to make pizzas no hand washing. I watched them fill sauces, handle dough ball, make pizza and prep and no one oncewashed their hands. Read more
Went in here to pick up my calzone on Wednesday Aug 3 around 4:15pm. Bad mistake. I asked if it came with a side of pizza sauce... and I was promptly informed by the rude woman working that it did not and if I wanted one I would need to pay an extra $3.50!!!!I was in disbelief to say the least. I was in even more disbelief when she showed me the size! She then tells me she can give beanother size for $2.50. I asked to see both and they were basically the exact same size!!!! So I was left paying $2.50, morethan I paid for even my pop, for the tiny ramekin shown in the picture! And she was so rude to me. I called the Dartmouthlocation to see how much they charge and said 50 cents!!!!! Insane and by far the worst customer service experience I have everhad at a food establishment. It's a true and honest sin that it took 24 years for me to learn that chicken caesar pizza exists. Bless u Panada.
Rude staff...they behave as if they are doing the customer a favour by selling food to them. I had parked my car outside the... Fairview store and was asked by the owner, "What makes you think you can park in front of my door?" How about the fact that it'sa marked parking spot and I'm in your store picking up my order? I've been coming here regularly since over a year. Doesn't seemlike that mattered. The owner also told kids who were being noisy (but not a nuisance) in his store that they had to leave in araised and harsh voice. Owner seemed stressed, frustrated, and was trying to intimidate and bully customers. I do notunderstand why someone would treat their customers with such disrespect . I'm disappointed by this experience and will no longerpurchase from here . Would not recommend such an arrogant business and owner to anyone, anymore. Read more
