I came here with my sisters for my birthday party in April, after a recommendation. Walking in, you get a sense of serious... business, yet casual and welcoming. You can't miss the large brick oven behind the counter as you step in. There wasn't too manyoptions on the menu, but you definitely want everything you read...LOL. If you are a fan of gourmet and are interested in newideas you want to COME HERE! There is something for every palate! It is gourmet pizza at it's best! The staff was awesome,friendly, and helpful in explaining the menu and giving suggestions. We ordered the Arancini, Barbabietola Arrostita, TheStephanie, Piadina Carne, La Dolce Vita Burger, Capricciosa + Ananas, and Tiramisù. Every bite of our meals was a 'mmhmmm' and'wow' affair! It was scrumptious and tasteful! The salad was fresh tasting and you can't stop eating. The pizza! I have no wordsto describe it's elegance and flavorful state!!! It was flavor on steroids! The next bite is better than the last and you neverget enough. You just want to keep going! The portions are large and I had to take out my leftovers which was aboutthree-quarters of my pizza.. LOL. They had a awesome complimenting list of cocktails, wine and non alcoholic drinks. TheEXPERIENCE is worth more than what you are paying for sure! It is worth it!!! I love the wood fire oven pizza from this establishment. The beet salad is equally amazing. The burger week burger was also... tasty. I eat here regularly and have never had a bad experience. Great place to pull up a seat at the bar solo for a drink andapertivo or to go on a date night with your partner. Atmospheric and the staff are friendly. Cannot suggest this place enough. Read more

The pizza was really good. I did feel like I was teleported to Italy temporarily. Service was also very nice and friendly. We... were seated close to the ovens, and my husband was boiling from the heat. We asked to be relocated and our server moved us inthe air conditioned part of the restaurant without any problems, which we very much appreciated. I would definitely return if inHalifax again. White pizza i order was great. Cheese Pizza was under cooked. Caesar salad was decent nothing to brag about. Arroncini 7 out of... 10. Drinks were good . Pasta and meatballs we really good. Overall id say its a good place as a couple but too expensive forwhat you get for a family of 4 +. Read more

The food was so fresh, full of flavour. It was so incredibly delicious I can't stop thinking about. I would eat here everyday if... I could. 10/10 for the salads (Caprese & beet salad) 10/10 for the pizzas, the Stephanie and the dolce fumoso and of course, hadto get the tiramisu. Heavenly. Read more

OMG!! Dont go here if you want to eat regular pizza and enjoy it ever AGAIN! This pizza is next level authentic fresh delicious... amazing and I have ALOT of years of pizza under my belt..LITERALLY!! I'd give it 7 stars if I could. And I can not wait to goback try the pasta it look really good but needs to be reviewed at a later time. Also the staff were awesome..I said it was my1st time and the gave me suggestions and I was not disappointed. They are a lil expensive but Worth it imo. Read more

My partner and I had the most incredible experience tonight at Piatto! The service, food & drinks were all so beyond... expectations! Our server was the sweetest person and you could tell they were so passionate about their job. I fell in love withtheir Aperol spritz but forgot to take a picture of our pizza! Can?t wait to return.
