I haven't been to Pizza delight in many years. The four of us went in for lunch and to reminisce. The pizza was good, they do... have a unique sauce. I wish they still used the candles under the pizza trays. The 7 up tasted like soda water but we informedthe waitress and she brought us a Pepsi instead. I hate to criticize things that I probably could have corrected at the time butI found the table and the booth in general to be a little unclean and the piped in dance music didn't seem to match the vibe.Very impressed with the garlic cheese fingers. You don't want to ruin your meal but I highly recommend them. I would go back. Read more
We have been several times to this restaurant in the past couple of weeks. The staff are fine. Tables have some sort of... damage to their surfaces that make them super sticky (feel dirty but I was told it was damage during COVID). How hard would itbe to put some plastic over the tops...Many of the items we ordered were unavailable (promotional sangria - several visits theyhad no fruit). Was there last night. Again, no fruit so no sangria (yet it is a fall promotional item). There has been fruitin all the groceries stores I go to in town....;o(. Hubby ordered fries - no ketchup, no vinegar in the restaurant. There is aGiant Tiger within walking distance (other side of parking lot). How hard would it be to buy some ketchup for your customers? Fruit? This is not a Third World country. All these items are found on grocery store shelves. We are not going back. Find ithard to believe they stay open since they continually are "missing" important yet accessible food items. Read more
This location was very clean and well maintained. My pizza was made to perfection - hot, fresh, and, fast. I also had a... wonderful waitress named Miriam who was knowledgeable about the menu, very welcoming, and great personality! Hope to come visitthis location again some day as the food, staff, and service were amazing! Read more
On August 20th, My mother, aunt, brother, cousin and I went here. We went mainly because we all had good memories of the old... restaurants with the buffets. I ordered the goat cheese & cranberry salad. We ordered two different appetizers to split. Wewaited 45 minutes for our food, and the only time that we saw the waitress when she was telling us that they didn?t havesomething, or the three different times where she asked questions about my salad, and they didn?t have the dressing that Iwanted. They served us the appetizers at the same time as our food, and we had to remind the waitress to give us cutlery andnapkins. My salad was flavourless and the chicken was rubbery, my mom?s fries tasted like they were heated in a microwave, andmy brothers pizza was not cooked. The whole centre of the pizza was doughy and uncooked. While all of this was happening my momhad asked the waitress 3 different times for water, which we didn?t get until we were almost done our food, and we were stillwaiting on the second pizza that they said they would have ready for my brother, and we probably waited about 20 minutes for. Mymom just asked for the bill and a takeout box for my brother?s pizza because the rest of us were done, and after she paid, werealized that a part of my brother?s pizza was still undercooked. On Tuesday, July 26, 2021 attended with my husband and I ordered the chicken goat cheese salad. We waited 20 minutes for our... meals. It was not busy at all. The lettuce was brown on edges, spinach limp and chicken dry. I picked at it trying to findsome fresh pieces. The waitress had disappeared, so I called "excuse me, hoping someone would respond.. A staff member sitting in a back booth came over. She assured me everything was fresh, and invited me to the kitchen! They would make me a freshone! I declined and scraped back into the bowl several rotten pieces of lettuce and handed it to her. That evening I wasextremely nauseous through the night with diarrhea. This evening I vomited. I have food poisoning! Why I ate any of ithorrifies me! I should have known better. I guess because I was hungry and knew it would be another 20 minutes or so for adifferent order. The most astounding part of this story is that a week earlier I had attended the same restaurant and had thesame meal. It was fresh and delicious and the reason I had returned. Go figure! Ordered takeout, still standing here waiting 20 minutes after the online order was supposed to be ready and there's maybe a... dozen people here. Pretty sure they didn't even start it until after we arrived and said we were picking up. Wont be coming backanytime soon that's for sure. Read more
Ordered online for pickup and got to the store ten minutes earlier then it said for pickup. There was a few people already... waiting and there seemed there may be a delay. One gentleman was very rude about his wait and needed to chill out. EventuallyI was told there was an issue with online ordering which I understand happens. The staff was doing an amazing job handling thesituation and deserve pats on the back for having to deal with certain customers. We had ended up here because everyone else was full, what a happy little accident this was, the waitstaff, particularly one... lady, I unfortunately didn't get her name was absolutely fantastic.. they were very short staffed and had forgotten to add mychicken to the pasta I ordered, she took the meal off the bill completely and was super sweet about the whole thing, this poorgirl was run off her feet but still had a beautiful smile on her face the whole time. Judging by the reactions of the costumerswho had to wait the waitresses don't get the credit they deserve. The food was good but our waitress really would be the reasonwe went back. Read more
