Poor service. Good food, not accurate promos. I went to eat eat with family. We asked for a promo and they didn't have the... promotional bottle of water. so they sold me the bottle of water. Worst experience ever in pizza pizza, i went to all the pizza pizza in HRM area. Most ridiculous staff, non-cooperative. I mean... to say what?s a big deal in giving a dipping instead of a drink. Our first order here. Paid for extra sauce and cheese and got neither. One pizza has no sauce. Dough tastes like cardboard.... Online total said $31 somehow that turned into $41 at the door. Cold food from 750m away. Read more
More than once I've had only okay pizza, but after today I won't be ordering again. The customer service hung up on me twice... while calling to have my order corrected. Each time they ask for your phone number and attempt to offer a credit or replacement.What a huge waste of time. I wish I hadn't bothered calling for a correction or in fact ordering in the first place. I asked forthin crust and got thick crust and a third of the pizza had no cheese, no mushrooms and a couple stray pepperoni. Pizza was very good in taste. Well cooked, will highly recommend this place. Staff is very nice and helpful. We went there... yesterday around 1 am but they still welcomed us nicely.
