Can somebody teach these guys how to make a latte? First of all, you don't need to leave an inch of room at the top. It's a... latte, there's already enough milk in it. Second of all, be nice to customers. Yeah, we're students, but that doesn't mean youcan frown and get frustrated when you don't understand what we're saying when; especially when English isn't your first languageand it's ours. You're a coffee shop. Learn how to make coffees and be nice. That's the job. Read more
Our experience here today was awful. The ham and cheese sandwich was soggy and the lettuce was a piece of slime and the chicken... salad has wilted lettuce soft croutons and mushy cheese. Wasn?t able to really eat it! Should not have been sold to us. Read more
They won't accept payment via their own Second Cup app, so I pretty much wasted money signing up for their loyalty program and... loading it with $20 that I can't even use at the location. I don't generally go to any other Second Cup except this one becauseit is near where I have my study sessions, so I'm feeling kind of peeved. Their drink sizes are also small and overpriced Ifind. Nice little coffee place inside the Killam. Staff is friendly and works reasonably fast. Only issue is the long lines at times,... but that's to be expected. Read more
