I went to Subway with my two children last night at 9pm and placed our order of three footlong sandwiches plus two cookies and... one drink. There was one whole hour before closing of the restaurant but the employee who took our order had a reluctantattitude which made us feel that we went in at the last minute before closing. We used two coupons at the checkout and were toldof many negatives (no you can?t use it with a combo) instead of saying yes you can use it if you add a drink purchase. After weleft we could see that he?s cleaning up getting ready to close soon. Our overall experience at this Subway last night wasunpleasant and felt totally unwelcome. Read more
I come to this location often and usually don't have much interaction with the staff due to using the app for most of my pickups... in advance, but I visited this morning (Heritage Day) and was met with difficulties in the app. The employee who was on shift,Hannah, helped me figure out the issue and was quick to come to my assistance and reassure me that she'd get me sorted out. Shewas very friendly and patient while I ordered three subs, and once she recieved the orders she was very quick to fill them. Iknow that sometimes it can be frustrating to deal with customer difficulties, but today I was met with exceptional service.Thank you again, Hannah. Read more
