This Subway has to have the rudest workers and they don?t like to customize what you want. Isn?t that the point of Subway? I ask... for any meats to be heated before being toasted because many many times it?s not hot enough. Also, their rotisserie chicken iswatery for some reason. Why? No other subway is like that. Stood in line for 5 minutes before the employee working noticed I was standing there waiting to order. I was then told I... couldn't get a chopped salad with Ham because they do not cut or chop Ham at this location. Very confusing and disappointingsubway experience. There is a lot of difference in the sub ordered using coupon and without coupon...... Coupons are generated by your franchise... and attracting the customers for your food feast, but this is not the way to treat the customers with your coupons. If youdon't want to treat in the same way don't accept coupons. If people ask extra napkins it doesn't meant to give singlenapkin. The worst service. Read more

I asked for chicken sandwich and end up with vegii. Last time coming to this location.
My favorite subway in Halifax. Staff is always polite and friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile for you. The two... woman who work the morning are a delight, they never fail to make my sandwich just the way I like it. Store is kept clean andvegetables always look so fresh. Read more
Awful customer service. Truly terrible. The lady that took our order was rude to us, making disgusted faces while making our... sub, complained about how "the glaze goes through her gloves" and how "the smell is giving her a headache." Wasn't until aftershe called to her coworker to make the sub that she told us she was allergic. When my sister tried to eat the sub, she said allthe toppings were on one side of her footloose and maybe two strips of meat and sparse amounts of veggies on the other side. Wealso watched her throw another customer's sub out of the toaster. Definitely won't be going back! Read more
