I have concerns about some of the staff there. I ordered a sandwich with bacon in it and the server almost made my sandwich... WITHOUT cooking the bacon first. I had to kindly remind him to cook it before putting it in my sandwich. Serving uncooked baconincreases the likelihood of giving the consumer food poisoning and is a health risk. The staff should be more careful from nowon. Read more
Probably the worst experience ever. I went to Spring Garden Subway at 10:45 PM on 31st July. There was a girl who was working... there... She was an Indian.. She was very rude and unhelpful to me. Pleasant experience overall. The staff member was friendly, quick, and attentive. All the normal options were available. The... store was clean, clearly being attented to regularly. There was seating available if i had wanted to eat there. Read more
Worst subway experience of my life. I ordered 2 Italian herbs and cheese subway through Uber eats. First they took almost 1.5... hours to make it and when it?s delivered it was 9 grain wheat bread. And when I?m calling them, they are not picking up. This isthe second time with this subway and both times I had bad experience. The worst subway making ppl ever.!! Not kidding.. every time I go there, I always have the same experience. veggies are always... outside of sandwich. To the Manager: Mostly there is only one sandwich artist working and hence sometimes it?s very hectic forhim/her to maintain the hygiene and because of that I?ve seen them working continuously without changing their gloves. Werid customers. Had a bad experience here this time around. Way to much sauce, cut incorrectly so that everything feel out of... the sub, and the presentation was not good. Also the drink machine gave me water instead of the strawberry juice I selected. Read more
