I am very familiar with North American Asian restaurants so I feel confident in saying this was a very good one. The food was... well-prepared, very spicy to our liking and very tasty. The amount of food was adequate and not overwhelming. Don?t payattention to the decor, it?s a bit outdated but has no bearing on the experience. And an added bonus: the chopstick was NOTsingle-use which is very important to me. Read more

The wife and I went here for Chinese New Year 2018 dinner. The restaurant seemed dated and in need of some cleaning for its... location and reputation. The service was great. The food was very average cantonese (south east Asia) cuisine. We enjoyed thefood but they use way too much oil and MSG. Out throats were so scorched the next day. Our favourite Chinese food in Halifax! The chicken fried rice is amazing, it?s not just a filler, I could eat an entire plate of... it! Our favourite ginger beef in the city as well. Lots of different dishes to try. The service is always fast andfriendly. Our only complaint is that it smells a bit musty inside. Read more
