I just want to share one thing about staff behaviour towards customers. I went for my morning coffee on (drive thru) 15 october... 2022 inbetween 9:45am-10:00am and girl was taking order on drive thru. I gave my order I just confirmed that please don?t putsugar in my coffee because I am diabetic and she replied its not come with sugar don?t ask me. I didn?t ask her I just confirmwith her. We came at tim hortons for food and pay for that not get free and staff doing their work and getting pay. So whats thepoint getting so rude. I hope management will take serious steps on those kind of staff and let them know whats tim hortonsethic. Repect each and every individual. Its not about complaining somebody, Its all about Respect. Not busy in drive thru. Ordered black iced coffee and worker asked 2x if I wanted black iced coffee. Got to drive thru window... and it was a regular iced coffee (cream and sugar in it). Got farmers breakfast biscuit- no chipotle sauce (no sauce of anykind) on it.. just a dry biscuit. Iced Capp and other breakfast wrap were fine and as ordered. Read more

one and only Tim around here. I dont live here, was searching for a Tim but I could only find this one around here. just had a... coffee from here and it was really great. Service was little slow but that's okay. Another thing I noticed, only few tables hereand it wasn't clean but the washroom was really clean. There are enough parking space to park your cars. Returned a coffee that didn't have sugar in it. Nov 6th The coffee they replaced also didn't have sugar (or 2) (the manager... argued saying theirs definitely 2 sugar. I suggested making a coffee for herself,) to see if the sugar machine was workingproperly and she continued to argue, saying it was working fine she doesn't have to test it.. (Definitely was not) I'm sureit's easy to address as previous tim hortons hit the machine to loosen the stuck sugar.) This tim hortons just passes out sugarpackets and a stir stick..(has happen twice) this is very lazy rather then making it properly (as thats why i visit tim hortonsfor the convenience, if I wanted to make my own coffee I'd do it at home. everytime I go to this tim hortons it's a badexperience, Also noted the drive through has hundreds of pieces of garbage flying everywhere including into the road. I calledand let the manager know about the garbage but she made it clear she was already aware, and didn't seem to care much aboutit. Staff seems unprofessional and a real Hassel to deal with.
