Always found the staff really friendly. Only problem I have is that the evening hours are so inconsistent Last night I rolled up... at 935pm... open. Tonight I'm there at just after 9pm...closed. This has happened several times ... and it started beforecovid. Edited to add. 1 year on and the hours are still inconsistent. Consistently signs on door saying dining area closed... drive through only. Mainly I think due to staff shortages. Management need to up their game. Read more
I rarely visit Tim's near my home, but today I did. The experience was worst. The Hot Chocolate and Coffee both were like just... water. I had to add milk powder to it but it was still watery. Also they were so hot, that you can't hold them in your hands (Idon't know if they give tissues!?). The chocolate doughnut were given in paper bags, and all the chocolate was stuck inside thepaper bag. Decided, I will make coffee at home which is far far better than watery coffee I had, but never buy Tim's productsever. Read more
Had a very frustrating experience. I bought a few items including a honey crueller. They didn?t have any do instead of giving us... our money back or offering us another one they took our money. We had to come inside and tell them we wanted our donut. Read more
Went couple of times in morning.. never got a good tea... taste likes hot water....wastage of money... you guys should learn how... to make good one. Read more
Harvest items (i.e. vegetarian options) not available after 11:00 at this location. Bacon and sausage and everything else is... available all day, but not the harvest items. This is the only Tims where I have ever experienced this. Very frustrating anddoesnt make any sense. Read more
Ok I never reviewed Tim Hortons before. But this one made me write a review. The staff at the cash counter was extremely rude.... They were refusing me take away because my dog didn?t have a vest on him. I tried to show the medical note but she was notwilling to see that. The owner had to come and see, and then said I can dine there. I wasn?t dinning I was only takingout. However will be going again there in coming days regularly to observe their behavior. Read more
One person make veggie and meat with same gloves and after i saw that they tried to confuse me that is different order and in... the end they give me same order which i gave and they prepared with same gloves. In the end he told me that we are only 3employees at work station. We don?t have enough man power so they did it. Arguing with customer. Read more
I ordered a coffee at this location . I had enough points to redeem for a coffee. But I forgot to turn on the redeem option at... the drive thru window. I was unaware of that due to which i showed the rewards card again to cashier when he asked for paymentas I thought the points didnt work. The another guy at drive thru window starting laughing while i was asking cashier aboutredemption. The worst experience other than the customer service issue. Even though if its an asian ordering at drive thru andits an asian at drive thru customer service, their tone changes. Aren?t as polite as they are with other people. Read more
