This Tim Horton?s has always given me the worst customer service. There are a few senior employees working there who gets... annoyed at everything. I asked them to heat up my pastry and this was the reply ? Oh my god seriously? ? and gave me a veryannoyed face. The store wasn?t busy at all. Worst Tim Horton ever. There was a employee (chubby young guy with glasses). He was very rude with me and my girlfriend. We... ordered creamy ice cap and waited for our order. After spent 20 minutes when I asked what happen with my order. Did you guysforget or what? His respond was very rude and he was not even apology. Even though he was laughing on us. longest line and wait for a coffee in all of Canada in the busiest mall in a major city, Management really needs to address the... under staffing issue, maybe they think they are saving money? but trust me you are losing. I've watched countless people justabandon the line and walk off after waiting 15 mins or more with just one person on cash is ridiculous, i now go to second cupup stairs a little more pricey but time is valuable and this Tims management obviously does not value it's patrons or their timeor even their own staff for that matter. We ordered large vanilla and salted caramel here today and later to find out that they were "out of vanilla syrup". I talked to... the short lady who served us the coffee and ask to charge us based on the coffee she gave us but she said "they were the sameprice". We just agreed to it to avoid conflict even though we know the price difference. The lady made us 2 original ice capp,no whipped cream, no vanilla, and no salted caramel so we kindly asked where the whipped cream and the salted caramel is. Shesaid, "You want whipped cream on it??" Like she was confused or something. That is part of the order. She should have known howto make that coffee. She put whipped cream on it but no caramel so we asked again to put some caramel on it because that's ourorder. The lady gave us an attitude and said they were out of caramel syrup as well. To the management, please train your staffproperly. If they are still in training, please supervise them. I gave them this review because this is not the first time thishappened. Based on the other reviews, this is recurring and displeasing. Hope they see this and be better next time not only forus but for all the tim horton customers of theirs. Read more

Owners need to hire more staff. One person working cash register. Very long lines No one should wait an half an hour for a... coffee. Lots of profit lost with customers just giving up and walking away, It's a very busy mall! Come on. Read more

Ordered medium with one cream and it looked pretty milky white also tasted like diluted cream. Then I went to the staff they... changed another cup for me which was good but they insisted the first cup was one cream. And even worse, the second cup tastedlike water! So I guess the problem was not how much cream added but rather there?s something wrong with their coffee! I couldn?tbelieve Canada proud coffee brand is just ruined by them! Read more
