This place is always messy. I?ve been here mang times and the tables and floors are never clean. The washrooms are disgusting. I... always have to wait so long as compared to other tim hortons to get my food. I have worked in tims for more than a year and iknow its a hard job, but keeping up with the hygiene is a must. Very hit or miss on coffee, usually burnt. Nail in the coffin for me though is unsanitary food preparation. Seeing this on... lettuce is an obvious indicator of the lettuce not even being lightly rinsed, let alone washed. Read more
Been there on multiple occasions and almost never left happy. Extremely rude staff. Fills wedges and condiment containers less... than half way. They say they don't have to fill containers anymore then that even though you paid for it, but apparently notenough to expect good quality. Read more
No grill chicken?? ever. I?ve come to this location twice now and they had no grilled chicken every time. The second I went to... this Tim?s and there was no grilled chicken, I asked them how long it would be until they had some grilled chicken and they saidthey already cleaned their grills and they weren?t making anymore (I was getting the Cilantro Lime chicken wrap fyi). The waittimes are very long at this location, the first time I went was around 12 on the weekday so I would cut them some slack then.But the second time I went was at 8pm on a weekend and I was still waiting 15 MINUTES for just one wrap. It is a clean and busy Tim, I have visited there there were many people in line. I recommend that place to have a coffee break,... if they help customers quickly when it becomes busy would be better. The new caramel putting donut was so delicious I will tryto go back there and get it again. The transaction was fast and efficient, the store interior was good and clean as compared tobusy Tims. Your typical, garden-variety Tim Horton?s. Food is excellent, especially since this was one of the first locations to offer the... Beyond Burger (aka: no meat!). Convenient location. I find the drive through hit-or-miss sometimes, and maybe this is due to alot of new employees/high turnover. Otherwise, excellent. Read more
This Tim's is often busy, but the staff are hard workers, and I'm impressed with how fast they are. It's not one of the more... modern looking inside, but it's fine. Read more
