I stopped by to grab a bite to eat before class, and I was really disappointed in the service I received and witnessed. I?m... normally super forgiving with anyone who works in customer service? I do too, I know sometimes it?s not a good day. But Icouldn?t really get past the annoyance from my cashier as I asked her some questions? it was hard to hear her responses, I?m HOHand it was loud. I guess I misheard her and she got a bit snappy with me. After ordering, I got my drink and said ?thank you? tothe person who handed it to me. She had told me to have a good day, and as I was about to say it back, she walked away? noworries it was busy. My real concern with this interaction was the person making my sandwich saying ?Don?t worry, someone willsay it back to you eventually.? As if I wasn?t still standing right there waiting for my sandwich. I really didn?t appreciatebeing talked about in such a way while I was standing right there? it really makes me wonder how customers are talked aboutbehind closed doors. Read more
Great coffee, friendly service, and delicious Timbits! I've never been to a Tim Horton's before, but so many of my Canadian... friends speak highly of it so I felt obligated to visit. Everything was great with my only complaint being that the dark roastcoffee was a little on the weak side, but I'd prefer that to overly-strong coffee. Would definitely return, but would prefer oneopen locally! Read more

Really disappointing staff. Take too long time to prepare delivery orders and their behavior is really bad. Improve your service... to improve your customer satisfaction and business. Will not recommend to customers to do online orders here. Read more

Avoid this place if their is other Tim Hortons available to you. It?s always SUPER crowded the lineup of people is always... pretty much outside the door and the wifi is horrible it isn?t even bad it just doesn?t work at all. The workers are prettyrude to everyone as well. I understand it?s crowded and they are under stress and need to speak up and raise their voice to tellsomeone their order is ready but they sound so annoyed with the customers and they have no patience. They are pretty rude andmess up orders. They make the food sloppily and forget orders. The cashier had to remind one of the workers making the foodabout my order like five times before he finally got to it. They yell obnoxiously loud as well and if someone yelled at me likethat directly I?d probably cry. And there is no where to eat there is only two two person tables and it?s way more small andenclosed than other Tim?s. In conclusion if you?re in a rush and need a coffee, or want to dine in or you don?t like beingyelled at or don?t enjoy being in crowded places avoid this place. Read more

I have Ordered a medium regular ice capp and a bagel.they charge me $3.29 for an ice camp and upon asking they said rudely, our... menu is not updated.I have attached the receipt and picture of the menu here.
