This is the Tim Hortons where I got the worst experience. I ordered my drink online and went to the pick up place, but the staff... - a lady told me they didn?t have the drink. I asked if I could order something else as I waited in a queue for a long time, butshe rolled her eyes on me????????????, and ask another lady to deal with the refund directly. The guy who made my coffee was nice and it turned out fine, but there was some lady working (I assume the supervisor) who was... yelling at both the employees and some of the customers... really not something you want to see, and I feel bad for the peoplebeing yelled at. Don't come later in the day because they have no iced coffee, barely any food, and you're not going to have agood time. Will probably only come to this location again if I'm desperate; I'd rather go out of my way to find another place tobuy my coffee. Read more
The staff here are excellent. There are huge lineups multiple times a day and they handle it well every time. I came to rely on... their quick service for much my degree. The product itself is average Tim's coffee and bakery fare. It's not gourmet, but it'scheap and easily available. Read more
