Horrible customer service. Always out of food just because they don?t feel like making more . A woman with an accent was... ordering and the woman was being rude snd couldn?t understand her yet everyone else could so I had to literally scream what thewoman was saying for the worker to understand. I have never had a positive experience. The older woman is and has been the issuethere for years. Horrible horrible location. Incompetent staff and long waits. I was told that they do not take coupons nor gift cards here, and... when I asked if they had any timbits left I was laughed at??? I cannot believe that employees in a customer service positioncould be this rude. Time for Tim Hortons to clean house at this location, or for the university to shut it down and replace itwith something else. Read more

Worst customer servie ever. Super rude staff, they'll tell you to F off if they need to and won't sell you food. They're always... out of eggs or bagels and won't let customers know untill you get to cash after waiting approx 15min in line. They'll pressureyou to decide faster or they'll skip you. Of course this Tims run by ARAMARK have no idea of customer service at all. Honestly,there are people out there looking for a job that will do it better than the actual staff. I come back 4 months later aftersummer vacation and SUPRISE! Same SLOW, RUDE, INEFFICIENT staff. First time after FIVE months, had to wait approx 10mins in lineto order. The worst part, there were ONLY 3 customers in front of me and 5 Tim's staff behind the counter (two of them trying tomake an ice capp, another one "cleaning", a fourth one laughing doing NOTHING literally NOTHING and the last staff just walkingthe bread in and out of the kitchen. That's F*ing ridiculous! Of course there's no menu up so I had to ask several times todecide what I wanted and not surprised with the staff they got mad at me for asking so many times. Then, the lady that waspreparing my order messed up and made something different and wanted me to take what she made and not what I asked for. Thisplace is so bad that professors at SMU tell you not to go there beacause you are going to miss the whole class. Like badexperiences keep happening and everything is the same, even the staff. ARAMARK sucks, they control the food situation at theUniversity, literally a MONOPOLY. Good thing we are more students that will ask for a change and we'll make sure Aramark won'tbe at SMU soon. Worst experience ever. Went there today at 2:30pm, got the rudest behaviour ever. I asked if it got paid twice, she asked me to... stop asking 'stupid' questions and to go to the bank if it got paid twice. Never going back there. I work somewhere too, mymanager would fire us immediately if we spoke to our customer like that. We PAY for coffee. Read more
