Not only did I watch the one manager on duty walk behind the cash blowing his nose and then wiping it on his sleeve and then... right away making skip orders..... I also witnessed a huge lineup where no one was getting taken care of and the girl who losther sour cream and chives potato to skip waited longer than I did and I got there after her.....do better, we don't need anotherepidemic or pandemic because one person refuses to wash their hands before handling food thank you. Absoutely filthy.. Undercooked beans in the chilli that was already barely warm. Just gross. I didn't catch a picture of the... disgusting table before I requested the staff come clean it, but there were liquids and stuck on food. Read more
I love their burgers and the strawberry lemonade is delicious. The staff is friendly there.
The food is really good, tastes fresh always.. have a few vegetarian options on the menu, large portions, value for money paid,... recommend it, I have been here several times and each time I have had a good experience. The staff is friendly, and the place isclean. Read more

Ordered from this Wendy's and nearly EVERY EVENING I ORDER, they end up giving me the wrong items or items that are disgusting... all the time! I just wanted some ice cream this evening. They gave me the wrong order once already tonight. I reordered aftergetting a refund and this is what they sent me! Probably the EXACT same frosty's they forgot to give me an hour before Ireordered! Absolutely atrocious and recommend EVERYBODY to not order through delivery services from this restaurant during theevenings as their evening staff seem to be terrible employees! That?s it, I?m done giving this place chances. Every single order is wrong or disgusting and I?m so disappointed because Wendy?s... is by far my favourite fast food. Does Charlie still own this place? What the hell happened? I got a poutine with burnt blackbacon, maybe 1 tbsp worth of gravy (I wish was exaggerating, the bottom of the container is bone dry) and cold curds. Theycompletely ignored the fact that I added veggies to my burger and the burger was very dry. In general I?m used to them missingsauces or missing a topping or something (former employee, I know what the food is supposed to be) sometimes they?ll miss mydrink even when they have a person literally stationed on just drinks and they gave me a hard time about it asking for myreceipt which I didn?t have because the cashier never gave me one. In fact they never give me my receipts so I can?t even givethe store direct feedback on their website and have to review them here instead.
