Had donair poutine from here. Amazing. I felt I?m not full I want more. They are short staff. But doing an incredible job.
Was in town from the cruise ship last week and stopped over for some poutine. Despite being American, I consider myself pretty... well versed in the realm of poutine. Now, I didn't have time to try every one in Halifax, but I refuse to believe that there isa better one than this, at least for my tastes. Tried the Willy's burger, was tasteless, no seasoning, not even salt. The meat wasnt dry but it had no flavour at all, probably... one of the worst burger patties I've had. The burger bun was soft, only good thing about the burger. I feel this place is morepopualr for the poutine and the high ratings/reviews are more so for the poutine as well. Read more
Not a bad poutine. The fries are dark and crispy and the gravy is good. The cheese needs a little improvement, it doesn't really... have that squeak that the good stuff has. It's a reasonable price, and a good time if you go out after the bar. Expect a wait,it's just a window so they can really only serve one at a time so it's a little slow. Read more
