An open and pleasant environment with delicious food and great service. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive without being... overbearing. I had the Chicken Cheesesteak with bacon and ranch - no fries. It was beautifully prepared with perfectly cookedbacon and just the right amount of ranch. My sons had the Carsonville Cheeseburger - medium well, no fries, and the Fried Clambasket with fries. My friend had the Hot Roast Beef Sandwich with gravy fries. Their food was also cooked to perfection, andeverything was seasoned well. For dessert, I had Peanut Butter Pie and my son had the Milky Way Cheesecake. My friend had piewith coconut, but I don't recall the name. All of the desserts were rich and delicious. This was my second visit, and Idefinitely recommend it to anyone looking for great food and service at a reasonable price. Read more
Great place. I rode their on a gorgeous sunny weekday. It was early afternoon and not busy. The location is amazing. Especially... if you ride a bike (motorcycle). Like an oasis tucked in a mountain. I got a burger that was delicious!! Made with beef fromcows from the farms right there. The owner, Dennis, was a super friendly cool guy. It gets super hopping on weekends I hear.Can't wait to go back. I forgot to take pics but I will next time. Read more

Haven't been there in years..... just as good as I remember..... and a KILLER 2hr backroad ride to get there.... only weird... issue.... no prices on the menu... but wings to die for..... Read more
Great atmosphere, the food was all great (including some of the best peanut butter pie I?ve ever had in my life!), friendly... staff. The Crab Blossoms were a great start to our meal. I enjoyed a BLT (stacked full with bacon) while my girlfriend enjoyedtheir hot roast beef sandwich and fries. The bartender was great and suggested a few drink options, and made a good OldFashioned. Ended with dessert in a to-go container because we would never have been able to eat it all. Neat history with themug club and the original pewter mugs on the wall. Negative-The person who greeted us was off-putting. Apparently, you're supposed to make reservations to eat there. The plates... they used for the salads were to small, and the ones they used for the entrees were to big. There were no prices on the menu.The cheese dip had a film on it like it was sitting under a warmer. Positive- Our waitress was very nice. My steak was deliciousand cooked to a perfect medium rare. My sister's cheese steak sub was really good also. You get a ton of fries. One order wouldhave been enough for the whole table. The salads were fresh and very green. Read more
Super busy during our visit. it was a little confusing trying to figure out if we were supposed to seat ourselves but... eventually we were asked if we needed a table and it was uphill from there. Great food although it took a while. Our server wasterrific. As busy as she was she never broke a sweat, she never seemed overwhelmed, and she was friendly and efficient. I?mkicking myself for forgetting her name! All in all a pleasant night. Seems like a hot spot for families as there were severalwith kids of all ages dining that night. The food and atmosphere here are something you can?t find anywhere. It?s always worth the drive to be able to sit outside in the... yard, or in the winter in the dining room by the fireplace. The staff is always wonderful, attentive, and kind. The bar menu issomething you would expect to find in a much larger bar, as they have some craft beers that are so unique. Mixed drinks arealways made perfectly. Steaks and seafood are made to perfection, and their loaded fries are HUGE and something that I can?trecommend enough. The owners are always making updates to the business, and really cater to their patrons by having differentlive music, holiday events with themed bar menus and specials. Perfect place for a date night or dinner with your family. Expectamazing food and service when you come to this little hidden gem in Carsonville. Read more
